This training workshop is designed for people who use, handle and store compressed gas cylinders and associated equipment within a laboratory or other similar environment. It consists of safety awareness theory only, to which optional practical training can also be added if desired.

It consists of safety awareness theory only and includes a section on the correct operation of a manifold system.

Information on the safe use of fixed piped gas supply manifold systems can be included if required. It consists of safety awareness theory only, to which optional practical training can also be added if desired.

This training provides staff with detailed information on how manifold systems operate, and the opportunity to practise hands-on connecting a regulator and hose to a cylinder. It also allows staff to safely pressurise the system and leak test it.

This training workshop gives delegates the opportunity to practice hands-on how to correctly set-up and leak test a portable single cylinder gas system, plus be trained how to perform safety checks of these systems. It consists of online safety awareness theory training followed by an instructor-led on-site practical session. It is designed for organisations who have a small number of delegates to train.

If you use a different inert gas, such as argon, we can adapt the training to suit your requirements.
