  • Regulatory requirements with manifold systems.
  • Practical ‘milk-churning’ of a single cylinder
  • Practical workshop sessions – Staff will set-up, pressurise and leak test a single cylinder nitrogen system. The session will cover:
    • Pre-use visual check procedures.
    • Correct fitting of regulators and hoses.
    • Preparing cylinders for use.
    • Exchanging cylinders on fixed supply systems.
    • Connecting cylinders safely.
    • Setting correct pressures.
    • Leak-test procedures.
    • Safe system shut-down.
  • Review of current cylinder changeover procedures undertaken on the manifold system(s).

WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR?

This training provides staff with detailed information on how manifold systems operate, and the opportunity to practise hands-on connecting a regulator and hose to a cylinder. It also allows staff to safely pressurise the system and leak test it.

Before attending this workshop all staff must complete safety awareness theory training, which can be delivered at your site by an instructor or completed online by e-learning.


PRICING

The price is £1125.00 for up to 6 staff inclusive of certification and support documentation. Additional staff are £80.00 per head, up to a maximum of 8 staff. VAT is payable at the standard rate.
