I thought that Peter (Broughton) delivered the session really well. He was very personable, demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject and was able to deliver that in a practical and applied way and at a pace which suited everyone. Some of the trainees had slightly differing requirements from the course and Peter was able to tailor his content accordingly. The practical session was really useful and allowed some of our staff with less hands-on experience than others to “get their hands dirty” in a safe environment.

Overall, it was a very useful (and enjoyable in fairness) experience, and I think that everyone (including some of the more experienced users) learned something new.
