- Correct location of the supply vessel.
- The need for personal protective equipment.
- The need for oxygen monitoring systems.
- Pre-fill checks.
- The need to decant at the correct vessel pressure.
- Team exercise – Correct decant procedures.
- Practical decant – During this practical session staff will cover:
- Vessel labelling.
- Cleanliness of equipment, free from damage.
- Establishing the supply vessel operating pressure.
- How to safely reduce the operating pressure.
- Safe decant procedure.
- Safe movement of dewars and flasks once filled.
WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR?
This training workshop gives staff the opportunity to practice hands-on how to correctly and safely decant liquid nitrogen from one vessel to another.
Before attending this workshop all staff must complete online liquid nitrogen safety awareness theory training. Alternatively, if preferred, the theory element can be delivered at your site by one of our instructors.
PRICING
The price is £995.00 for up to 16 staff inclusive of certification and support documentation. VAT is payable at the standard rate.
