    • Correct fitting of flashback arrestors
    • Visual and flexibility tests on hoses
    • Correct fitting of hoses
    • Correctly fitting a torch to the system
    • Nozzle selection and fitting
    • Opening cylinder valves safely
    • Functional tests on regulators
    • Setting correct working pressures in an ‘open’ system
    • Correct leak test procedures
    • Functional and leak test procedures on a ‘blanked-off’ torch
    • Functional tests on hose check valves
    • Reverse flow tests on flashback arrestors
    • Safe system depressurisation

WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR?

This training workshop gives staff the opportunity to practice hands-on how to correctly set-up and leak test a portable oxy-fuel gas system, plus be trained how to perform safety inspections for these systems. This workshop needs to be preceded by a safety awareness theory workshop which can be online or in-house.


PRICING

The price is £1050.00 for up to 6 staff inclusive of certification and support documentation. Additional staff are £60.00 per head, up to a maximum of 8 staff. VAT is payable at the standard rate.
