Welder Training

Our range of welding, cutting, brazing and soldering workshops provide practical hands-on training, allowing delegates to improve their skills under the guidance of our trainer, while at the same time receiving safety awareness information relevant to the tasks they perform.

Training workshops can be combined if more than one process is used, please contact us for further details and prices.

We are also able to provide Welder Approval Qualifications (Coding) and Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) Approval Services, undertaken by fully qualified and experienced welding instructors. The weld testing is witnessed by a fully accredited / approved welding surveyor (Zurich Insurance).

MIG Welding (GMAW)

An instructor-led practical based workshop for up to 8 delegates, designed for all personnel engaged in or supervising MIG (GMAW) welding.
 

TIG Welding (GTAW)

An instructor-led practical based workshop for up to 8 delegates, designed for all personnel engaged in or supervising TIG (GTAW) welding.
 

Oxy-fuel Cutting and Burning

An instructor-led practical based workshop for up to 8 delegates, designed for all personnel engaged in or supervising oxy-fuel cutting and / or burning.
 

Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA)

An instructor-led practical based workshop for up to 8 delegates, designed for all personnel engaged in or supervising Manual Metal Arc Welding.
 

Brazing and Soldering

An instructor-led practical based workshop for up to 8 delegates, designed for all personnel engaged in or supervising brazing or soldering.

Welder Approval Qualifications (Coding)

We offer full insurance-class approvals, all in-house under one roof, without having to call in an outside surveyor.

We are also able to offer this service on-site at clients premises.

 

Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) Approval

Formal approval of a welding procedure (WPS) can sometimes go hand in hand with welder qualifications.

Our fully qualified welding engineer can write, develop and approve any welding process you may require.
