Risk Assessments - What documentation will I get?

Following the visit you will receive a detailed Risk Assessment document that you can sign off and begin to use to produce a prioritised action plan for reducing risk levels within the work area.

You will also be able to use the document(s) to inform staff affected by the Risk Assessment of its findings.

The document follows a ‘checklist format’.

To enable a quick review of actions to be undertaken:

  • High Risk hazards will be identified in Red
  • Medium Risk hazards will be identified in Orange
  • Low Risk hazards will be identified in Green
